Customer Service Engineer

  • Implementation, Maintenance and Improvement of the Customer Service Engineering Processes
  • Coordination of special RMA cases (special customer requests...)
  • Failure reproducing, root cause analysis and repair of failing congatec products
  • Gathering of relevant data (error code, cause code and action code) in ERP system
  • Creation of repair reports, corrective action reports (CAR) and 8D reports for customers
  • Technical contact person for customers
  • Setup, Support and training of external service providers
  • Initiate and support product improvement and continuous improvement out of failures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (No prior work experience is also welcome)

  • Troubleshooting skill is plus

  • Independence, reliability, diligence and desire to work

  • General level of spoken and written English
