Customer Service Engineer
- Implementation, Maintenance and Improvement of the Customer Service Engineering Processes
- Coordination of special RMA cases (special customer requests...)
- Failure reproducing, root cause analysis and repair of failing congatec products
- Gathering of relevant data (error code, cause code and action code) in ERP system
- Creation of repair reports, corrective action reports (CAR) and 8D reports for customers
- Technical contact person for customers
- Setup, Support and training of external service providers

Initiate and support product improvement and continuous improvement out of failures
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (No prior work experience is also welcome)

Troubleshooting skill is plus
