Key Account Manager
Tasks:
- Create, execute and lead the sales plans for Korea as well as sales strategies, utilizing all applicable resources in the company to meet or exceed Design Win and Revenue targets
- Develop and maintain new customer targets
- Follow up and pursue closure on all leads and referrals
- Support and manage the relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Cooperate in the annual planning process with Sales management, setting key objectives: design win and revenue targets, new customer targets, new opportunity creation goals, etc.
- Provide status reports on territory sales plan (target customers) and key accounts
- Enter and maintain opportunities and forecasts for all customers in the company’s CRM system
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or business is highly desirable
- Several years relevant sales experience, ideally in the OEM electronics market
- Demonstrated record of closing design wins and growing revenue in the relevant region or market
- Strong knowledge and believe in strategic sales methods
- Excellent verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills as well as high customer orientation
- Outstanding interpersonal Skills as well as strong organizational skills
- Ability to give powerful and persuasive technical sales presentations
- Proficiency in using CRM and basic business programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
