Key Account Manager

Tasks:

  • Create, execute and lead the sales plans for Korea as well as sales strategies, utilizing all applicable resources in the company to meet or exceed Design Win and Revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain new customer targets
  • Follow up and pursue closure on all leads and referrals
  • Support and manage the relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate in the annual planning process with Sales management, setting key objectives: design win and revenue targets, new customer targets, new opportunity creation goals, etc.
  • Provide status reports on territory sales plan (target customers) and key accounts
  • Enter and maintain opportunities and forecasts for all customers in the company’s CRM system

Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering or business is highly desirable
  • Several years relevant sales experience, ideally in the OEM electronics market 
  • Demonstrated record of closing design wins and growing revenue in the relevant region or market
  • Strong knowledge and believe in strategic sales methods
  • Excellent verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills as well as high customer orientation
  • Outstanding interpersonal Skills as well as strong organizational skills
  • Ability to give powerful and persuasive technical sales presentations
  • Proficiency in using CRM and basic business programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
