Software BIOS Engineer (m/f/d) - Brno

Your tasks

  • Creation and execution of software development projects
  • Creating and maintaining BIOS firmware and hardware related low level software to be used for test purposes and failure detection
  • Support hardware developer during schematics creation
  • Analysis and solution of customer problems
  • Create software as well as the accompanying software user guides

 

Your profile

  • Profound knowledge of x86 architecture
  • Experience with hardware related, low level programming in C/C++ (and assembler)
  • Basic knowledge of the architecture of contemporary operating systems
  • Self-reliant and target-oriented working style
  • Experience with low level software programming (driver development) and UEFI BIOS porting would be an advantage
  • Good level of spoken and written English
