Sales Partner Manager NORDIC (remote/location Sweden) (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Support and structuring as well as strategic development of the partner network as part of the congatec Sales strategy
  • Market-observation and -analysis as well as development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Support of sales partners in customer acquisition, marketing and sales campaigns as well as in project implementation
  • Monitoring and registration of partner projects
  • Meeting customer needs through active involvement of and close cooperation with the internal departments
  • Maintenance of the CRM system with regards to customer contacts, customer communication, opportunity management and Forecast planning


Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience and proven track-record as a Sales Manager
  • Ideally study of business administration or electrical engineering, alternatively several years of comparable professional experience
  • High technical understanding in the field of computer technology, ideally in the area of ​​Embedded Systems
  • Very good knowledge of strategic sales processes and methods
  • Experience in developing strategic key customers, ideally also internationally
  • Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent negotiation- and communication-skills as well as high customer orientation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills
