Enterprise Architect IT (m/f/d)

As an Enterprise Architect, you play a central role in the development and implementation of the IT architecture strategy and support IT management in strategic and operational tasks. Your work will help steer the company's IT direction, implement innovations and improve the efficiency of the IT department.

Your responsibility

Enterprise Architecture:

•     Support in the development and maintenance of the company-wide IT architecture strategy.
•     Identification and evaluation of IT trends and their implications for the company.

Project Overview:

•     Participation in the planning and implementation of strategic IT projects and initiatives.
•     Conducting feasibility studies and preparing cost-benefit analyses.
•     Project portfolio management

•     Supporting the IT manager and managers in strategic and operational tasks.
•     Coordination and tracking of IT initiatives and special projects.

Analysis and reporting:

•     Creation of analyzes and reports to support decision-making
•     Monitoring of IT metrics and performance indicators.

Collaboration and communication:

•     Close collaboration with various business areas and IT teams to develop and ensure IT strategies.
•     Communicate architectural strategy and decisions to various stakeholders.
•     Support in conducting architectural reviews and audits.

This is what you bring with you

•     Experience in Enterprise Architecture, CIO Advisory or a similar role.
•     Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), project management methods (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and the agile environment.
•     Analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills.
•     Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•     Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
•     Empathy and skill in leading and motivating people.
