Customer Program Manager EMEA (remote/location Southern Germany)(m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- Oversee and manage project deliverables, maintaining agreed timelines and scope.
- Support Sales with pertinent data required for project(s) success.
- Collaborate with Sales on strategies for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inform project status, schedule and key issues to customers, channel partners and congatec management on a regular basis.
- Improve customer relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Regularly interface and collaborate with necessary congatec departments.
- Create & maintain customer master data in corporate ERP system as well as manage project sales order processes
- Maintain Project Key Figures in CRM
- Create and analyse daily reports pertinent to the project(s).
- Manage customer/project product demonstration inventory and deployments as well as order fulfilment and delivery
- Develop process improvements to meet customer project needs.
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in the electronics industry
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Ability to manage time and customer projects with no supervision
- Proactiveness and show initiative to propose new approaches and improvements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Hands-on mentality and ability to solve problems with minimal management guidance
- Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
