Customer Program Manager EMEA (remote/location Southern Germany)(m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Oversee and manage project deliverables, maintaining agreed timelines and scope.
  • Support Sales with pertinent data required for project(s) success.
  • Collaborate with Sales on strategies for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inform project status, schedule and key issues to customers, channel partners and congatec management on a regular basis.
  • Improve customer relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Regularly interface and collaborate with necessary congatec departments.
  • Create & maintain customer master data in corporate ERP system as well as manage project sales order processes
  • Maintain Project Key Figures in CRM
  • Create and analyse daily reports pertinent to the project(s). 
  • Manage customer/project product demonstration inventory and deployments as well as order fulfilment and delivery
  • Develop process improvements to meet customer project needs.


Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in the electronics industry
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Ability to manage time and customer projects with no supervision
  • Proactiveness and show initiative to propose new approaches and improvements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to solve problems with minimal management guidance
  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
