Your tasks:


  • Support of sales partner & direct customers
  • Administrative processing of repair cases
  • In-house contact partner for sales tasks regarding foreign customers and external sales
  • Proactive support of KAM with customer support and handling of customer projects
  • Creating customer quotations
  • Entering customer orders into the ERP system
  • Availability check
  • Forecast maintenance after receipt of orders
  • Representing congatec at trade shows
  • Visiting customers together with the sales team, if necessary



Your profile:


  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • At least 3 years of inside sales experience
  • Team-oriented and structured work style
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good MS Office skills
  • SAP knowledge preferred
