FAE - (Junior) Field Applications Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Provide customer support during the integration of congatec products into customer systems
• Analysis of customer problems and developing solutions in collaboration with R&D hard/software
• Troubleshooting electronic circuits in coordination with the R&D hard/software departments
• Creation of customized specifications and functional specifications according to customer requirements
• Preparation of documentation for products (application notes, CTNs and tech notes)
• Preparation of tests and test reports
• Technical support and training for customers, partners and employees
• Onsite customer visits for customer Service and Sales support
• Provide Technical Sales Support at trade shows

Your profile:

• Electrical Engineer or technical degree/ Bachelor or Master of Science or comparable training
• First experience with complex electronical systems
• Good Know-how in computer-architecture (X86, ARM) and system-software (Windows, Linux)
• English fluent (written & spoken)
• High level of creativity and motivation combined with a hands-on-approach
• Ideally experience with product-lifecycle-management-database
