Global Commodity Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of global material group strategies for the commodities EMS and PCB
- Carrying out procurement market analyses and benchmarks
- Implementation of RFI/RFQ processes taking into account the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach
- Responsible for supplier selection in co-operation with the Quality, Production Support and Development departments
- Preparation of calculations for new products (NPI)
- Participation in the purchasing controlling team
- Planning and control of material cost development
- Optimisation of purchasing and procurement processes
- Supporting operational purchasing in the course of process optimisation and escalations
- Participation in product life cycle management
- Maintenance of master data
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable discipline
- Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship and some work experience in a similar position
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Solid ERP skills, ideally SAP
- Solid MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Good command of English
- Structured, process-oriented work methods and analytical skills
- Excellent capacity for teamwork and communication skills
