KAM / Sales Manager Southern Europe (remote) (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  • Create, execute and lead territory sales plans as well as sales strategies, utilizing all applicable resources in the company to meet or exceed Design Win and Revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain new customer targets in assigned region (Spain, Italy, Portugal)
  • Support and manage the relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate in the annual planning process with Sales management, setting key objectives: design win and revenue targets, new customer targets, new opportunity creation goals, etc.
  • Provide status reports on territory sales plan (target customers) and key accounts
  • Enter and maintain opportunities and forecasts for all customers in the company’s CRM system


Your Profile:

  • University degree in engineering or business is highly desirable
  • Several years relevant sales experience in the OEM electronics market  
  • Demonstrated record of closing design wins and growing revenue in the relevant region or market
  • Strong knowledge and believe in strategic sales methods
  • excellent verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills as well as high customer orientation
  • Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Outstanding interpersonal Skills as well as strong organizational skills
  • Ability to give powerful and persuasive technical sales presentations
  • Proficiency in using CRM and basic business programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
