Key Account Manager Nordics (m/f/d) - (remote Sweden or Denmark)

  • Create, execute and lead territory sales plans as well as sales strategies for direct customers in Sweden and Denmark, utilizing all applicable resources in the company to meet or exceed Design Win and Revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain new customer targets in assigned region
  • Follow up and pursue closure on all leads and referrals
  • Support and manage the relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate in the annual planning process with Sales management, setting key objectives: design win and revenue targets, new customer targets, new opportunity creation goals, etc.
  • Provide status reports on territory sales plan (target customers) and key accounts
  • Enter and maintain opportunities and forecasts for all customers in the company’s CRM system



  • University degree in engineering or business is highly desirable
  • Several years relevant sales experience in the OEM electronics market  
  • Demonstrated record of closing design wins and growing revenue in the relevant region or market
  • Strong knowledge and believe in strategic sales methods
  • excellent verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills as well as high customer orientation
  • Native Swedish or Danish
  • Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Outstanding interpersonal Skills as well as strong organizational skills
  • Ability to give powerful and persuasive technical sales presentations
  • Proficiency in using CRM and basic business programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
