Manager Sales DACH (m/f/d) - Homeoffice in Bavaria/Baden-Württemberg/Hessen
Your Tasks:
- Take disciplinary responsibility for a team of Key Account Managers in DACH, including management and prioritization
- Identify and close Design Wins in appointed Key Customers/Target accounts in DACH and ensure revenue expectations and Customer growth strategy for appointed Key Customers in DACH
- Create an annual operation plan (AOP) for the DACH region, annual forecasts, a budget-plan and a mid-term plan for organizational structure (e.g. hiring)
- Prepare annual Sales Revenue- and Design Win-goals as well as quarterly MBO goals
- Drive DACH territory plan and process (target account strategy), working with existing and future target accounts
- Support DACH Key Account Managers in Marketing/Sales campaigns as well as in Project Management (incl. escalation) and work closely with Marketing and Product Management to ensure congatecs market reputation and success
- Participate in trade fairs and marketing events as well as in planning of the annual Partner Meeting; travel to customers and events as needed
- Ensure the maintenance of the CRM system for Direct Customer and Key Customer opportunities in DACH
Your Profile:
- Leadership-personality with 5+ years of B2B technical sales management experience in DACH
- Several years of experience in leading teams in an international environment
- 5+ years individual B2B technical sales experience, with demonstrated performance in closing Design Wins and business development activities
- Engineering or Computer Science Degree is desired
- Profound CRM experience
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive presentation ability and driver mentality with a good team spirit and attitude
- Ability to balance Key Customers, management and common business development activities
- Belief in strategic sales processes and willingness to adopt and promote concepts to the team
- German fluent and very good English language skills
