Operative Purchaser (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

 

  • Structure, standardize, and further develop the logistics department
  • Coordinate and control CIP projects
  • Further develop master data regarding relevant resource planning parameters
  • Process and delivery time optimization along the supply chain in terms of efficiency, quality, and profitability
  • Further develop warehouse management
  • Continuously improve work and organizational processes
  • S&OP in cooperation with sales
  • Material requirement planning of defined product groups incl. deadline coordination and tracking with suppliers
  • Order process monitoring incl. missing parts management
  • Inventory management incl. consumption analyses
  • Involvement in product life cycle management
  • Process logistical customer inquiries
  • Consignment processing
  • Coordinate the external warehouse and warehouse logistics
  • Prepare evaluations and analyses incl. reports on defined key figures
  • Verify freight and warehouse invoices

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Completed vocational training, no less than two years’ professional experience in purchasing, logistics, or materials management
  • Advanced professional training such as a “Fachwirt” or “Meister” degree is desirable
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP)
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office programs
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Solid communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Independent, task-oriented work method
  • Aptitude for teamwork and high intrinsic motivation
  • Quick perception and assertiveness
  • Ability to work under pressure
