Product Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

 

  • Monitoring of congatec Product Quality and prepare reporting
  • Responsibility of projects and measures to increase the quality of product quality
  • Coordination of assigned resources taking into consideration known quality tools
  • Support and coordination of customer complaints including systematic processing and documentation
  • Creation and evaluation of analyses of product errors and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) activities
  • Execution of internal process and system audits including the supply chain
  • Customer support for product and process audits
  • Close cooperation with the Sourcing, Supply Chain and Engineering departments in relation to the supplier base
  • Evaluation and continous improvement of the quality and compliance performance of our supplier base  
  • Moderation of FMEA workshops and FMEA follow up actions
  • Participation in the implementation and further development regarding the strategy of ensuring the quality of congatec products

 


Your profile:

 

  • Personal experience in product quality and handling customer complaints
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management and knowledge of quality methods
  • Excellent communication skills, with a convincing and assuring attitude in dealing with customers
  • Ability to find the balance between customer, management and quality requirements
  • Experience in working with suppliers is an advantage
  • Knowledge of FMEA method and moderation experience
  • Experience with FMEA software APIS or similar tool
  • Ideally, a university degree in engineering or comparable training with professional experience
  • Fluent German and very good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to travel on business purposes
