Production Engineer

• execution of new product introductions (NPI) towards manufacturing, taking into account key performance indicators (KPI)
• conduct root cause analyses on products and process, formulate and implement constructive measures
• develop production and assembly concepts, including set-up and execution of test scenarios (DFF, DFM)
• support the development & continous improvement of quality processes of the manufacturing units according to current standards and methods (SixSigma, FMEA, Poka Yoke)
• liaise between production, development, and quality management on production, processes, and technology issues
• prepare production instructions, test protocols, and quality reports

Your profile:

• technician/electrical or production engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• experience in quality management is desirable
• strong analytical thinking skills
• very strong written and spoken English skills
• independent, structured work methods
• communicative, goal-oriented, result-oriented
• willingness to travel internationally for business
