Strategic Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Supporting the Executive Team as part of the Leadership Team in further accelerating the company's growth
• Working closely with the management and private equity partners
• Managing integration projects as part of strategic M&As
• Initiating and leading strategic structural projects for the company's further development
• Conducting strategic analyses of congatec's business environment and translating these into actionable recommendations for the Executive Board

Your Profile:

• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role in an international, fast-growing company with strong expertise in M&A integration processes
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, including international collaboration and at all hierarchical levels
• Energetic, confident, and positive personality with a strong entrepreneurial drive
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Team player and accustomed to working in cross-functional collaborations environments
• Ability to work both conceptually and strategically, but also to support and guide at work level
