Your tasks
 

  • Management and organisation of the reception area including the telephone switchboard
  • Initial contact and support for our guests, customers and business partners - General assistance activities and coordination of office management processes
  • Preparation and follow-up of the meeting rooms incl. technology and catering
  • Customer correspondence and cross-departmental collaboration with our colleagues

 

Your profile
 

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in reception, head office or office management an advantage
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills - Good handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word)
  • Friendly, professional appearance as well as organisational talent and discretion
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to coordinate closely in a job-sharing model
