Teamleader (m/f/d) R&D Hardware

Your tasks:
 
•    manage and develop staff in their technical field
•    delegate and follow up on project tasks
•    solve task conflicts in cooperation with R&D leadership
•    participate in employee evaluation and appraisals
•    create and maintain processes and work instructions
•    independently execute development projects:
     o    schematic design
     o    layout support
     o    deployment
     o    troubleshooting
     o    documentation
 
 Your profile:

•    degree in electrical engineering or comparable field
•    no less than 5 years of professional experience in the development of x86 and/or ARM based hardware
•    experience leading a team of engineers is a plus
•    initiative and creativity, analytical skills, and structured work methods
•    very good command of German and English
