Manager Software Development (m/f/d)

As a software development manager in the field of embedded software, you are responsible for managing two teams of software developers who focus on the development and integration of embedded software and hypervisor technologies.

What are your responsibilities

Management and team development:

• Management and motivation of two teams of embedded software developers in Ravensburg and Wittlich.
• Promoting the professional development and further training of team leaders and team members.
• Conducting regular performance reviews and feedback meetings.
• Cost center responsibility
• Managing software development
• Managing the backlogs and sprints together with the team leads
• Coordination with the product owners and product management
• Coordination with the Scum masters and other stakeholders
• Managing projects to optimize software development

Strategic planning:

• Development of long-term strategies for the further development of embedded software and hypervisor technologies.
• Evaluation of new technologies and trends in the field of embedded software and hypervisor.
