Strategic Account Manager DACH (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:
- Create, execute and lead territory sales plans as well as sales strategies for the northern part of Germany (above the Main river region), utilizing all applicable resources in the company, to meet or exceed Design Win and Revenue targets
- Follow up and pursue closure on all leads and referrals
- Support and manage the relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Cooperate in the annual planning process with Sales management, setting key objectives: design win and revenue targets, new customer targets, new opportunity creation goals, etc.
- Enter and maintain opportunities and forecasts for all customers in the company’s CRM system
- Provide status reports on territory sales plan (target customers) and key accounts
- Participate in all required sales meetings and trainings
- Customer visits and Participation in trade fairs
Your Profile:
- University degree in engineering or business is highly desirable
- 5+ years relevant sales experience in the OEM electronics market
- Demonstrated record of closing design wins and growing revenue in the relevant region or market
- Strong knowledge of strategic salesProficiency in using CRM and basic business programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- German fluent and very good English language skills
- Be able to give powerful and persuasive technical sales presentations
- Believe in strategic sales techniques and have the desire to use them
- Have excellent verbal and written negotiation- and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as strong organizational skills
