Working Student Customer Repair & Service Administration (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

 

Recording and preliminary review of RMA requests

  • Recording incoming requests in the system (e.g. SAP), checking for completeness (serial number, fault description, quantity) and preparing them for further processing by the administrator.

 

Operational handling of incoming and outgoing goods

  • Acceptance of returns, visual inspection and allocation to existing RMA processes, support with goods receipt postings, and preparation, packaging and dispatch of repaired or analysed materials.

 

System and data maintenance

  • Maintenance of customer and RMA data, adding missing information and ensuring complete and traceable documentation in the system.

 

Administrative support and follow-up

  • Creation of standard letters based on templates, internal forwarding of processes, and support with appointment and status tracking (analysis, repair, return).

 

Reporting and support in day-to-day business

  • Preparation of simple evaluations (e.g. open RMAs, throughput times) and general administrative support for the customer service team.
