Working Student Export Control & Customs (m/f/d)

We need you to support our Export Control & Customs Teams in their day-to-day operations.
The EC&C Team is responsible for organizing and coordinating export controls for all congatec GmbH companies worldwide, as well as performing customs clearance (imports and exports) for the subsidaries  in Germany.

Your tasks:

• Review of suspicious activity reports from Sanctions List Screening
• Preparation of customs declarations for the German customs using the  designated IT-Tools
• Preparatory tasks related to the determination and maintenance of export control and customs tariff data

Your profile:

• Currently studying Business Administration, International Management, Business Law, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customs and Foreign Trade, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in export control, customs processes, and compliance-related administrative tasks
• Initial knowledge of International Trade Compliance, particularly in Export Control, Customs, and Incoterms, is an advantage
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in Export Control & Customs through provided training courses
