Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) 
Focus: Website Development & Content Management 

 

Location: Remote / Deggendorf


Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Website Management: Oversee, maintain, and continuously develop our corporate website to enhance performance and user experience
  • Content Management: Create, update, and optimize website content within our current CMS (TYPO3) while actively participating in future CMS decisions and migrations
  • SEO & SEA: Implement SEO strategies and manage SEA campaigns to increase visibility and organic traffic
  • Analysis & Optimization: Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior and conversion rates, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Lead Generation: Optimize website structure, content, and conversion paths to drive lead generation
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g., developers, agencies) to continuously enhance the digital user experience

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in website management, content management, or online marketing
  • CMS Knowledge: Experience with content management systems (e.g., TYPO3, WordPress) and willingness to support potential CMS transitions
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix) and SEA (Google Ads)
  • Working Style: A structured and independent approach with strong attention to detail
  • Passion: Enthusiasm for website optimization, user experience, and lead generation
