QM Specialist / Penang, Malaysia

Tasks:

• Monitoring and tracking of defined controls and measures
• Modeling and maintenance of business processes (in ADONIS)
• Tracking of continuous improvement measures including reporting
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of documentation
• Support with data protection issues (e.g., documentation, evidence, coordination)
• Support in clarifying non-product-related quality issues
• Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of internal and external audits
• Maintenance of audit plans as well as tracking of findings and measures
• Close collaboration with other standard responsible and international departments

Profile:

• Completed studies in quality management or a comparable qualification
• Experience in quality management or process management
• Initial experience with integrated management systems and internal control systems
• Experience with process modeling (ideally ADONIS or comparable tools)
• Structured, detail-oriented, and highly reliable work style
• Experience in handling audits and documentation requirements is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of data protection (e.g., GDPR) is desirable
• Very good English skills
