Senior Software Engineer / Penang, Malaysia

For our software building blocks (aReady) development Team, we are looking for Senior Software Engineers.

Tasks:

• Development and maintenance of our aReady.IOT Software (COM Manager, Application Manager, Fleet Manager, Cloud Manager)
• Design and implementation of Board Support Packages
• Taking over development responsibility for parts of our product
• Development of technical realization concepts/software architecture
• Specifiaction and implementation fo unit tests and test software

Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics / Software Engineering or equivalent
• min. 5 years professional experience in a related field
• Software Developer for C and C++
• significant experience with different operating systems
  • as a developer (e.g. implementation of device drivers or kernel development)
  • as a user (Linux/Unix, Windows etc.)
• Experience with Software Architecture
• Programming experience with websites in HTML and JavaScript
• Experience in virtualization is an advantage (Intel VT-x, AMD SVM)
• Security experience and training (Cyber Security) are an advantage
• Knowledge of real-time and industrial control systems is an advantage
• good communication and presentation skills
