Team-Leader Software / Penang, Malaysia

For our team (aReady.VT; aReady.IOT) we are looking for a "Team-Leader Software"  to lead an international team of developers.

Tasks:

• leading an international team of Software Developers
• collaboration with Product Management in defining new features
• development of technical realization concepts/software architecture
• development and maintenance of our aReady product line

Profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or equivalent
• minimum of 8 years professional experience in a related field as well as experienced in leading a team
• Senior Software Developer for C, C++, HTML and JavaScript
• significant experience with different operating systems as a developer (e.g. implementation of device drivers or kernel development) as well as a user (Linux/Unix, Windows, various real-time operating systems)
• experience with software architecture and virtualization (Intel VT-x, AMD SVM)
• knowledge of real-time and industrial control systems
• security experience (Cyber Security, e.g. IEC 62443)
• good communication and presentation skills
• modern and confident leadership style
